The main missions of the

role are to:



74 Responsible for the management of the laboratory team, training, assessment and supervision of the team members

74 Responsible for the daily operation of the laboratory and talent cultivation, maintain the stability of the team

74 "Manage and supervise the laboratory according to the requirements of ISO 17025, be responsible for the CNAS

74 qualification expansion or CMA planning and preparation "

74 Responsible for the laboratory audit activities from different OEM

74 Responsible for test quotation during project acquisition phase

74 Support R&D team to define test items, coordinate internal and external laboratory resources to complete the test in time.

Detect and analyze the potential failure test, provide propose to improve the result

Qualifications:

74 Bachelor’s degree graduate or above

74 Minimum 3 years related team management working experience

74 Good communication and coordination skill.

74 Meets the requirements of the Engineering Profile for the function (mandatory trainings)

74 Fluent in both written and oral English.

74 Able to work in a multicultural environment

74 Availability to travel
