5. 对质量控制工作提出建议。/ Proposals to quality control.
6. 受理、跟踪客户质量返修品，分析原因并汇报给客户。/ Handle, track and returned parts from Customer, analyze the root causes and report to customer.
7. 领导解决客户抱怨整个流程,建立、总结并提交8D报告，满足客户需求。/ Taka e lead to implement the procedure of solving customer complaint, create，finalize and submit 8D report to meet the customer requirement.
8. 负责向客户提交PPAP文件。/ Responsible for submitting the PPAP document to customer.
9. 客户沟通，管理客户服务人员，满足客户的质量要求。/ Communicate with customer and manage the customer service people to satisfy the quality of customer.
