Duties & Responsibilities Grow products and expand market share by ensuring and helping doctors to improve practice and build reputation. Implement core practice development program addressing the needs of providers and clinic staff. Contribute to the fast growth of China business with process management, analytical and strong implementation skills, customer-orientation and collaborative approaches. implement strategic marketing projects and events to ensure marketing activities are executed smoothly
Assess market’s needs for practice development and management, and identify strategic areas of opportunity to offer value-added programs for practices including doctors, staffs, and patients Create and distribute practice development and management programs (staff training, practice audit, provider CRM, services to support practice growth with Invisalign) for local market and lead execution of the programs in the field to increase adoption of Invisalign treatment Improve staff educational pathway and implement new ideas for higher staff’s proficiency with Invisalign product, treatment, and processes to deliver better experience for patients Implement value-added service to support practice including financing options for providers, key account management scheme (public sector, group practice – beauty HPs), etc. to increase in-clinic conversion of patients to adopt Invisalign treatment Implement and assist SOPs for national and regional strategic practice forums and other events Develop national and regional KOLs with best practice development and management experiences Participate in China strategic planning and annual practice development plan
Relationship Report to Manager, Field Marketing Work laterally with China Consumer marketing, Professional marketing, and SFE managers in the region. Support sales teams for program implementation Work with other support functions Work with Agencies

Education & Experience An up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare environment, including practice management and marketing. This level of Knowledge would normally be acquired through 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales and sales management, medical practice consulting, medical practice administration, medical practice marketing or an equivalent combination of education/experience. Experience in private practice business (ie. clinics), multinational medical device sales or marketing function Strong capability in training and holding activities Good data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel Cross functional communication skills with strong compliance awareness Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary organization BA degree is a must, any major
Skill sets Demonstrated creativity, situation analysis/problem solving skills and analytical skill ability. Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Chinese and English. Strong presentation and training skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
