1. Sales Strategy and Planning - Responsible for achieving signing/revenue target each fiscal year set by the Company. - Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals. This includes setting short - and long - term sales targets, identifying market opportunities, and formulating sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand market share. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the region to make informed decisions about product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities. Provide regular market intelligence reports to the senior management team. 2. Customer Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the sulfuric acid industry. Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, understanding their business needs, and providing customized solutions to meet those needs. - Coordinate with other departments (such as marketing, customer service, and product development) to ensure seamless customer experiences. - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross - selling to existing customers, and work with the team to implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value. - Maintain the input and information in SAP (EPICOR) in a timely manner. 3. Sales Execution and Reporting - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, targeting industries such as fertilizers, chemicals, and metallurgy. Ensure that all sales opportunities are pursued vigorously and that the sales cycle is managed efficiently. - Provide technical expertise to customers, including product demonstrations, application advice. Work closely with the technical team to resolve any customer concerns or issues related to product performance. - Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns that support the sales strategy. Leverage marketing resources to generate leads and enhance brand awareness in the region. 3. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. - Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the chemical industry, preferably with a focus on sulfuric acid or related products. - Technical Background for chemical industry or mechanical industry - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, team members, and other stakeholders. - Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to close deals and overcome objections. - Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken
