Duties and responsibilities职责和责任:
1. Manage and develop R&D project with keeping alignment with R&D and Engineering teams.
协同研发和工程团队更好的管理好BHS 研发项目。
2. Manage relate R&D and engineering project process （IPDP/PMIS）keeping alignment with WHR headquarter, ensure each project follow standard BHS R&D procedure.
管理研发项目开发流程并保持与德国总部的同步性，确保研发项目能严格按照标准的BHS 研发流程执行。
3. Initial, prepare and follow up for muti-level product meetings together with PD department.
协同产品管理部门一起发起，准备不同级别的产品会议，并做好后续的跟踪和执行；
4. Responsible for the R&D project scheduling and follow up: budget, planning, design review, mile stone setting, risk assessment, product specification, marketing analyzes and specification creation.
负责研发产品的计划和跟踪执行，包括制定预算，制定项目计划， 组织设计评审会议，设置项目重要节点，设计风险评估，市场以及竞争对手分析， 以及设备配置的制定等等
5. Create R&D budget and apply for R&D order number, create related SAP structure and keeping R&D documents in place according to IPDP requirements and ISO requirements.
负责制定项目预算并申请相应的研发项目订单，在SAP 中建立相关的结构和项目配置信息，并按照IPDP 的要求以及ISO 流程要求对研发的文档整理并归档。
6. Manage and coordinate corresponding work with suppliers, production, sourcing, quality, warehouse, make sure following parts purchasing, quality check, assembling, commissioning and other related process be accomplished smoothly.
负责管理和协调新产品研发过程中同供应商、生产、采购，质量、仓库等等其他部门的协调工作，确保新产品的后期的采购、质检、装配、调试以及现场测试等各个相关步骤能顺利完成。
7. Manage and arrange related testing work with collecting both BHS and other competitors ‘performance, parameters and other product information.
协调和组织各种测试工作，收集新产品，竞争对手产品的性能、参数等各个数据
8. As coordinator between SHG and WHR RDE teams for a better technical and resource alignment and communication.
协调上海和总部的技术研发团队，以获取更好的技术沟通和资源分配；
9. Responsible for other special tasks nominated by line manager.
负责直线领导安排的其他任务。


Requirements任职要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree of mechanical engineering , electrical engineering or other equivalent major above;
机械，电气或其他相关专业学士或以上学位；
2. More than 5 years experiences in machinery manufacture industry, more than 3 years experiences in the related project position.
5年以上机械制造行业经验，3年以上相关项目管理经验.
3. Experience on new machinery development project, familiar with the corrugating technology is plus.
有新机械开发项目经验，熟悉瓦楞工艺者优先；
4. Good English in both spoken and written.
良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
