About Human Pharmaceutical Business
With global presence, Boehringer Ingelheim has industry-leading expertise in medicine research and development. We are constantly developing the next generation of medical breakthroughs and successfully delivering innovations to meet the medical needs of the patients we serve in the following key areas of interest: cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic diseases, immunology, oncology and central nervous system. In the future, we will accelerate the launch of more than 10 innovative medicines to meet the demand of Chinese patients.

Basic purpose of the job
-Design & execute tactical marketing plan, promotional mix, hospital programs, KOL & patient activities in the target market
-Lead Marketing A&P planning, monitoring & controlling
-Build marketing & cycle planning SOP and approval system
-Manage agency for promotional materials and activities implementation
-Develop customized KOL, hospital & patient programs

Accountabilities
-Deep analysis the market and Develop business strategies to support ongoing growth of the business
-Collaboration: Strong engage cross function teams including HQ, RA, medical affairs, market access, supply chain, channel solution etc. to successfully navigate the internal and external environments to support brand launch successfully and deliver value to our customers
-Market Research and insight: Understand and quickly adapt changes of regulations, market competitors and consumer behaviors. Developing and Executing product/market strategies rapidly responding to market and competitive changes
-Analyzing Performance: Support field force to drive product strategy execution and prioritized resources and business results in key markets
-Key Stakeholder Management: Establish and reinforce professional relationship with internal and external partners; Establish and sustain close relationship with national KOLs in related specialties by understanding and provide solutions of the unmet needs of clients
-Managing Marketing Campaigns: Oversees the execution of marketing campaigns. This involves coordinating with other teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that the campaigns achieve their objectives.
Ensure all business activities complying with compliance and legal requirement and ethical standards. Manage the cost within the budget

Regulatory and / or Organizational Requirements
-He/she should have superior analytical skills in order to clearly understand the business scenario and develop solid strategies and activities to expand the business while improving overall results
-Four foundations of lead and learn: Connected, getting results, growing together, taking initiative
-He/she should ensure that all activities undertaken by the business team staff fully comply with the company’s ACP policies and quality standard, the laws and regulations of the People Republic of China and all the relevant Codes of Conduct
-He/she should strictly follow company compliance regulations and all policies

Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)
-Bachelor's degree and above
-At least 5-year marketing working experience of pharmaceutical industry, experience in chronic disease, Nephrology related therapeutic area is preferred
-Ability to anticipate and rapidly respond to market and competitive changes
-Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to identify creative approaches to market/customer in support of growing the business
-High ability of communication; strong influencing, negotiation and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
-Customer oriented and strong winning spirit
-Good command of English speaking and writing is required
-Adaption to frequent business trips
