Job Purpose: This role will focus on PMS Electronics Gas Market in all China to meet both the sales target and the revenue objectives in both short run and long run by performing the following duties.
Main Responsibilities: 1. Co-work with line manger to deploy Gas business plan in the known Bulk Gas market and Special Gas application with clear growth initiatives: 2. Manager existing CQC partners to ensure maximum MS% in bulk gas market. 3. Build solid relationship with gas companies and key Fab end users. 4. Grow business per actively exploit special gas manufacturers. 5. Effectively communicate and manage the entire process from order to delivery. 6. Co-work with Service Sales to ensure reasonable calibration return rate. 7. Co-work with Application Manager to explore new gas application with PMS Gas technology roadmap. 8. Co-work with PLM and Service Lab to track and solve quality issues to maximize customer satisfaction. 9. Submit efficient & accurate business report and sales forecast on time, monitor information in salesforce system.
Qualifications: Must to have 1. Bachelor or above majoring in either engineering or science. 2. At least 5 years sales experience and 3 years integrator project selling experience. 3. Results driven, energetic, resourceful and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. 4. Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented. 5. Good English communications in both oral and written.
Nice to have 1. Microelectronics or Semiconductor Technology major is more preferred. 2. Working experience in Electronics Gas or CQC integration. 3. Miller Heiman Sales Knowledge (Strategic Selling/Conceptual Selling)
