职位描述
You will be working as a Commercial Operation Specialist in China, partner with indirect sales channel with a focus on high quality sales result delivery. You will be belong to order processing team, collaborating with regional Sales team and factory supply chain, to ensure overall order process in compliance and target achievement, for channel business growth in China.

What you will do

As the customer order interface, you need to proceed the order in salesforce platform with requested response time and answer customer timely, process order in SAP properly; Handle order flow from order entry, payment confirmation, schedule delivery, related billing, and invoice etc. with finance team, together with proper approval guideline; handling AR communication if need; Engage in dealer contract management process with review and approval process, follow internal risk control requirement with proper coordination with customer and sales team, manage order and contract effective and archiving properly; check sales contract terms and communicate with sales for negotiation; Based on customer demand and factory lead-time, follow S&OP flow, communicate customer request delivery time with factory, support monthly sales target fulfillment; Generate responsible region sales report on time to monitor sales figure trend, provide sales data report update and analysis, daily, weekly and monthly tracking with business need. Review and analyze order intake and order backlog (active and inactive) to make sure they are properly reported Any other urgent task assigned from management.

What we look for


● Bachelor Degree, preferably in business management or commercial background;
● 5-7 years working experience in sales order management process with strong commercial sense in multi-national companies, with finance knowledge will be a plus;
● Good supply chain, and logistic and warehouse management understanding, salesforce and SAP experience is expected.
● Good communication skill, open and collaboration, dedicate attitude on the work with a strong willing work under pressure
● Office skills: Excellent in MS Excel, PPT, good experience in Power BI is preferred
● Language: English reading and oral skill preferred
