- Evaluate fluid dynamic and thermal performance of refrigerant cooling applications with simulation tools
- Plan and perform tests with refrigerant cooling applications to validate simulation tools on internal and external test benches
- Optimize simulation methods to improve simulation accuracy
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary, international project teams
- Propose design optimizations based on simulation results and functional know how
- Presentation of results in internal and customer engineering meetings

Other requirements
- Very good knowledge in simulation tools for refrigerant cooling application, such as Ansys/Fluent or Star CCM+
- Very good theoretical background in thermodynamics of refrigerants
- Several years of experience in engineering of refrigerant applications, such as car air conditioning system or heat pumps
