61 To lead the Clarks China e-commerce business to achieve the right balance between business growth and brand-building which is consistent with company direction. 61 Ensure sales strategy, trading plans, product range, stock levels, website structure, site navigation, ongoing development, merchandising, and online visual merchandising are effective to deliver planned sales and margin. Accountabilities: 61 Develop EC road map for next 3-5 years and build up EC channel strategy plan; 61 Manage TP to deliver annual brand and business results on existing platforms; 61 Ensure delivery of the appropriate range mix for all genders including consumers type, demographic, shoe size, colour, and price architecture 61 Develop plans by period and/or week including range, online featured products, marketing activity, promotional activity, CRM activity, site navigation, range presentation, style, range or content features 61 Ensure key lines and featured styles have appropriate volume and availability to meet customer demand 61 Work with cross function departments: - Product manager: to ensure appropriate seasonal range to deliver commercial objectives and exploit all emerging opportunities. - Merchandiser: agree top-line stock targets and ensure merchandise teams provide required stock availability - Marketing team:leverage digital marketing investment & ensure Clarks Brand image is appropriate - Sales & Retail teams: timely communication when online promotion may be a concern for them 61 Analyze data (operational data, exchange data, product management, customer management) to optimise site and business performance 61 Manage the key trading processes with TP and deliver ongoing improvements 61 Prepare weekly EC reports Skills - 85 Experience in launching and managing an e-commerce site 85 Familiarity with e-commerce business models and operating systems 85 E-Commerce knowledge, best practice & legislation 85 Financial (sales and margin) planning competence 85 Good business analytical skills 85 Good communication skills Knowledge – 85 College degree or above 85 Internet technology & web marketing 85 Strong selling & negotiation skills 85 Insightful understanding of EC consumers 85 Project management 85 Good at Excel & Powerpoint Experience – 85 TP experience is a must 85 At least 8-10 years of working experience in running a successful e-commence team in retail / FMCG industry 85 Proven track record in developing successful e-commence sites and ability to drive new business initiatives 85 Flexible, self-motivated, organized, hands-on mentality but also able to work strategically 85 Develop CRM and performance marketing 85 Team management experience 85 Fluent in ENG writing and speaking
