61 Manage a team of Manufacturing and SMAPS Engineers and ensure activities follow-up / 管理制造及工艺工程师 团队，确保活动的跟进
61 Ensure that the tasks assigned to Manufacturing and SMAPS Engineers are done on time and according to the quality criteria / 根据质量标准，确保分派至制造及工艺工程师的任务已经按时完成
61 Provide technical support to the Manufacturing and SMAPS Engineers / 向制造及工艺工程师提供技术支持
61 Reporting to Leader and Manager for the status of his/her activity / 向主管及经理汇报其活动的现状
61 Support the Manufacturing and SMAPS teams to ensure production run smoothly / 为制造及工艺团队提供支持，保 证生产顺利进行
61 Implement checks in Launch/RWI/Working Instruction/Training Module/VA etc. to ensure all documents are released from Manufacturing and SMAPS Team with a high level of quality / 对线束发布/返工指导/作业指导书/培训 模块/视觉教具等进行检查，确保从制造及工艺小组发布文件的高质量
61 Focal point of the customer for harness manufacturing activities / 在线束制造活动中担任与客户的联系人员

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:
61 Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Industrial / Manufacturing /Electrical /Mechanical /Aerospace), or equivalent engineering degree / 工程学学士学位（工业 / 制造 / 电气 / 机械 / 航 空领域）或工程专业同等学位。
61 4 years of experience in an engineering classification / 至少四年的工程类工作经验。
61 Over 2 years Manufacturing Engineering Industry (electrical wiring industry preferred) / 两年及以上制造工程领域的经验 (电气线束领域经验更佳)。
61 Over 2 years Aerospace industry (preferred) / 两年及以上航空领域工作经验（更佳）。
61 Fluent in English (Written and verbal) required / 流利的英语口语与书写能力。
61 Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing principles, theories, technologies, and concepts in assigned discipline / 既定原则范围内的工程与制造原理，理论，技术与理念知识。
61 Capable of resolving design issues by means of problem-solving methodologies / 根据问 题解决方法论解决设计问题的能力。
61 Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists / 当存在仅有的标准及多变的环境中能够解决实际问题
61 Lean Manufacturing experience / 精益管理的经验。
61 Large scale MRP systems familiarity a plus / 熟悉 MRP 系统更佳。
61 Experience with start-up operation / 具有试生产运行的经验。
