Major Responsibilities 主要职责
-Software development for electronic control units via C language.
使用C语言为电子控制单元开发嵌入式软件
-Deriving the SW Requirements from system Requirements and Stakeholder/Change Requests and aligning the results with all stakeholders.
从系统需求、干系人需求以及变更请求中分解出软件需求，将结果与所有干系人沟通并达成一致。
-Following development process: Requirement, Architecture, Design, Implementation and Test.
从需求，架构，详细设计，实施和测试，遵循软件开发流程。
-Analyzing and solving software issue.
分析和解决项目中的技术问题。

Required Experience 所需经验
Bachelor or Master degree on Computer Science /Software Engineering or an alternative with relevant experience.
计算机科学、软件工程专业的本科或硕士学历，或其他相关专业。
5+ years of experience in software development (C language) for automotive product.
5年以上汽车电子产品软件（C语言）开发经验。

Required Skills 所需技能
- Knowledge about AUTOSAR.
了解AUTOSAR架构。
- Knowledge of MCAL config.
熟悉MCAL配置。
- Knowledge of BSW component: ADC, PWM, GPIO, NVM, CAN, SPI, OS, UDS, DEM, CDD.
熟悉BSW功能组件：ADC, PWM, GPIO, NVM, CAN, SPI, OS, UDS, DEM, CDD。
- Advanced Knowledge in microcontrollers and their structure and usage.
熟悉微控制器，包括架构和应用。
- Experience in using CANape, CANAnalyzer, INCA and trace32.
熟练使用CANape，CANAnalyzer，INCA，trance32等工具。
- Basic Process and method knowledge. Be familiar with ASPICE.
掌握基本的软件开发流程和方法，熟悉ASPICE。
- Good problem resolution skills.
良好的问题解决能力。
-Analytical thinking (to understand SW Requirements and SW Architecture).
具备分析思维（能够理解软件需求和架构）。
- Basic Skills in English and communication skills.
