Responsibilities: - Timely compilation of monthly KPI reports and Sustainability Measurement reports from branch representatives ensuring data accuracy as far as reasonably practical, for submission to Group. - Manage and update contents in Country’s RHSEQ Share point and Teams folder. - Support Group RHSEQ program and initiatives in terms of administration, communication, coordination, reporting, and assessment of country performance. - Prepare HSE incident and customer complaint statistics for management and customer reporting. - Monitor and follow-up on branches’ performance for timely submission and closing of corrective actions for Observation App and CAR System. - Prepare RHSEQ presentation to internal or external stakeholders. (Include RHSEQ program, training, compliance, reporting etc.). - Support in Internal Audit like preparing audit plan, programs, audit , document change and etc. - Support in External Audit including coordination. - Support tender process on required RHSEQ documentation and response to RHSEQ related questionnaire. - Support relevant stakeholders in providing supports related to RHSEQ. - Any other administrative duties as assigned and support development of continuous programs.
Requirements: · Minimum bachelor level · Preferably certified ISO 9001, 45001 or 14001 internal auditor · Minimum 1 year’s’ experience in health & safety, environment or quality and minimum 2 years’ experience on general administration, reporting, coordination job. · Basic to advanced skills in MS Words / Excel / Powerpoint / Sharepoint. · Good time management skills to manage deadlines. · Good communication & writing skills in English and ability. · Basic knowledge on ISO9001, 45001 or 14001. · Self-disciplined, organised, attention to detail and ability to work independently with initiative.
