【Job Responsibilities】
50% of Coordinating / Planning with Artwork adaptation needs (only for Chinese Sauce)
- Responsible for OTIF delivery of Chinese Sauce Artwork adaptation triggered by regulation changes, line extensions, cost saving projects, factory re-allocation, etc.
- Management priority & timing for all artwork adaptation projects together with cross-functions.
- SKU Code / PM Code change management & communication with cross-function.
25% of managing CCC projects
- Lead & Responsible for OTIF delivery of CCC projects (trade driven promotion and project requiring changes in the factory)
- Work with cross function to develop project timeline and ensure cross functions deliver accordingly.

15% work on System landing and maintenance of Design End 2 End system “ALTAS” in China
- Act as China ATLAS’s 1st contact window with global.
- Lead the landing of Atlas with co-packers.
- Monitor & improve the usage rate of Atlas system internally.
- Hold regular training session to coach new system users.
- Report to global if any issue found
10% of managing cost saving projects,
- Act as 1st contact window of marketing for cost saving related projects.
【Job Requirement】
1. Bachelor degree above
2. 1-3 years working experience
3. Strong communication skills
4. Strong project management skills
5. Have the experience of artwork adaptation process
6. Have the experience of managing system landing for FMCG company (e.g. SAP, Artwork approval system, Master data system, innovation project management system)
7. Fluent at spoken English and English writing.
