工作职责：
Job Responsibilities:
负责量产产品的设计需求对接和沟通，确保明确设计目标；
Responsible for the design requirements docking and communication of mass production products, ensure clear design objectives.
负责产品的硬件方案设计并确保方案可落地；
Responsible for product hardware design and ensure that the program can be implemented.
负责设计文档的编写，和各类项目文案、资料、成果的输出；
Responsible for the preparation of design documents, and the output of various project documents, materials and results.
负责行业产品的调研对标，并结合自家产品形成改进意见；
Responsible for the industry product research and benchmarking, and combined with their own products to form improvement suggestions.
负责发明专利的编写；
Responsible for the preparation of invention patents.
任职资格：
Qualifications：
1.本科/硕士/博士学历，自动化专业、集成电路等专业；
Bachelor's / Master's / PhD，Automation major, integrated circuit major.
2.五年以上汽车电子零部件设计经验；
More than 5 years experience in automotive electronic parts design.
3.具备汽车电子知识、汽车EMC相关知识；
Automotive electronics knowledge, automotive EMC related knowledge.
4.有较好的硬件基础知识（数字电路、模拟电路、信号处理、嵌入式系统等）；
Good hardware knowledge (digital circuit, analog circuit, signal processing, embedded system, etc.).
5.有较强的电路分析及解决问题能力，有较强动手能力；
Have strong circuit analysis and problem solving ability, have strong hands-on ability.
6.能独立完成产品设计和调试，熟悉各种通用的硬件电路；
Able to independently complete product design and debugging, familiar with various common hardware circuits.

7.掌握常用的PCB设计工具如OrCAD、ALLERGO等；
Master common PCB design tools such as OrCAD, ALLERGO, etc.
