1. 遵守西卡公司的HSEQ 政策和流程。
Follow up SIKA Company HSEQ policy and procedure.
2. 指导、协调PSM 和RM 规则, 确保PSM&RM 策略的一致性和有效性。
Steer and harmonize PSM & Risk Management rules. Ensure consistency and effectiveness of PSM&RM Strategy.
3. 执行工艺风险评估，防火，防爆理念。
Implementation Process Risk Assessment, Fire Prevention, Explosion Protection concepts.
4. 分享工艺安全经验，开发和改进***实践。
Share PS experiences, develop and improve best practices.
5. 监督项目现场施工是否按照P&ID 图，是否方便操作，是否存在工艺安全隐患。
Supervise whether the project site construction or installation is consistent with P&ID drawing and whether it is
convenient to operate. Whether there are process safety risks.
6. 参与所有操作的工艺过程安全管理，例如调查和解决所有与生产工艺有关的事故。
Involve in the process safety management for all operation facilities, e.g., investigation and resolution of all
production related incidents.
7. 定义风险评估标准并支持其实施。
Define Risk Evaluation Standards and support sites in their implementation.
8. 支持全球过程安全概念。
Prepare and support Global Process Safety concepts.
9. 维护技术相关文档SOP, P&ID，连锁逻辑表等，保持最新版本的工艺技术文档。
Keep technical documents, such as SOP, P&ID, interlock logic sheet etc. keep current (up to date) the process
technology documentation.
