1.Good understanding of pattern and shape for U.S and European markets, strong fabric and technical knowledge, ability to make spec according to inspiration sketch. 2.Have 8 years or above of experiences with both knit and woven product categories including all gender; solid background with Kids category is a plus 3.Review and approve samples, such as style, construction, workmanship and quality, measurement to ensure that they meet product specifications. 4.Provide technical advice and support to factories, customers, merchandising team and technical team. 5.Provide efficient and feasible solutions to both factories and technical team when there is a confusion or conflict about a spec. 6.Identify and resolve sample issues such as workmanship and measurements, etc. 7.Discuss customers' comments and improvement areas with customers, factories and merchandisers. 8.Explain customers' requirements, key points and comments to factories. 9.Evaluate if there are any safety and functional issues and advice corrective solutions. 10.Explain customers' basic requirements and standards to factories. 11.Provide advice on grading scales/tolerance levels to factories. 12.Discuss work progress and issues and difficulties encountered during fit approval process with direct reports. 13.Perform other duties as assigned by management. 14.Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded. 15.Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties. 16.Strong problem-solving skills. 17.Able to manage multiple tasks environment. 18.Basic command of written and spoken English.
