岗位职责: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Marketing Assistant Manager to support the development and execution of LLSHR retail marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, guest experience and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail marketing, solid experience of Visual merchandising, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibility 工作职责 1. Marketing Strategy Support: - Assist in developing and implementing retail marketing plans to achieve sales targets and brand objectives. - Conduct market and data research to analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Visual merchandising (VM) : - Develop and maintain VM guidelines and execution manuals. - Design excellent visual merchandising solutions for novelty launch and seasonal highlights. - Ensure VM elements align with the LEGO® and LEGOLAND® brand image and marketing objectives. - Train and guide store staff on best practices for VM. - Regularly visit stores to track the execution, to ensure the high VM standards in all stores.
3. Planogram (POG) management: - Store POG planning and update via Planogram Builder (software) based on VM guidelines and POG principles. - Design and implement store layouts to optimize product visibility and accessibility. - Balance inventory levels with shelf display. - Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to refine planograms.
4. Campaign & Promotion Execution: - Support on planning and execution of LLSHR Park and LEGO® China campaign retail store deployment. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing team, retail operations, LEGO® retail marketing, LEGO® CRM) to ensure seamless campaign delivery. - Promotion GWP ordering, execution and data analysis. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
5. Project management. - Raise purchase orders for retail marketing materials production and related services. - Coordinate display materials with suppliers to ensure a quality on time delivery and installation. - Assist in budget planning and track marketing expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Ensure all retail marketing materials and contents compliance with company safety requirements and regulations. - Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
6. Cross functional collaboration. - Closely work with retail operation teams to ensure the quality delivery and implementation in stores. - Cooperate with Merchandising and 3rd party ops team to optimize VM solution. - Collaborate with event, fiancé, IT, procurement etc. teams to drive smooth working SOP. - Humble to suggestions and feedback from cross function teams and stakeholders.
7. Other retail marketing related works - Support Retail marketing manager on in store communications content development. - Other line manager assigned RM related tasks.

Managers/supervisors are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their team, in line with the Group Policy (HS001).
