SUMMARY:
Gateway Supervisor is responsible to 1) coordinate daily operation between branches and gateway, and 2) monitor the overall gateway operation and performance


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
61 Daily communication and coordination with branches for operation via gateway
61 Reporting (ANR, space utilization, monthly report of volume/GP)
61 Escalation point for dispute regarding pricing, P/L share, product and etc
61 Monitoring local market fluctuation and sharing rate/space/service and other market updates with branches and air team
61 Sharing the responsibility of maintaining relationship with local airlines offices
61 Settle accounts with airlines/subcontractor/vendors
61 Perform other duties as needed and requested


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 Monitor BSA fulfilment
61 Review consolidation timeliness
61 Analyze ANR after EQ or consolidation
61 Give training to team member when it is necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:
61 Oral English capability, be able to communicate with foreigner
61 Skills good written English
61 Good PC skills especially in Microsoft Office
61 Be able to tackle internal or external challenge
61 Team-working, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to handle and resolve problems


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
61 College degree or above
61 Major in logistics/international trading is preferred
61 3 years working experience in international airfreight industry
