I. Purpose of Position Responsible for heavy industry Vertical Marketing, especially focus on Oil & Gas/Chemical, etc. Report to Senior Vertical Marketing Manager.
II. Key Responsibilities Identifies new opportunities in heavy industry through policy interpretation, market research, customer feedback, and commercial evaluation. Develops commercial plans and action initiatives to drive industry growth. Coordinates with the related industry team for daily management of commercial plan execution to ensure sustainable growth. Leads the development of sales tools and conducts internal sales training. Coordinates with cross-functional teams on product optimization, application development, and marketing events. Builds and maintains relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) within the heavy industry.
III. Requirement Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or Automation, with a preference for Chemical Engineering. Over 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the heavy industry. Knowledge of target markets, including industry contexts and project-based companies, and ability to identify effective market strategies for attracting customers. Strong business acumen, creative thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities, along with excellent presentation skills. Keen interest in marketing and technology trends. Energetic, ambitious, open-minded, and goal- driven. Proficient in written and spoken English and office applications. Preference for candidates with over 5 years of experience in international companies. MBA background is an advantage.
