Job Description
In your new role you will:
61Provide technical support of Infineon high power products (discrete, module devices)with Si/SiC/GaN technologies, gate drivers in xEV related applications (Inverter, OBC/DCDC, CAV etc.)
61Sell and promote IFX related products and the differentiating features/solutions in order to achieve a design-win at the customer projects
61Feedback technical requirements from the customer into the organization

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
61Bachelor/Master degree in power electronics, electric engineering.
615+ years working experience in automotive semiconductors or applications
61Hands-on experience on GaN/Si/SiC in xEV applications such Main Inverter, OBC, DCDC, CAV etc.
61Solid knowhow of power electronics device physics (Si, SiC. GaN etc), electrical parameters, device physical trade-offs etc.
61Deep knowhow of GaN and its application in automotive is preferred
61Good customer communication/presentation skills
61Fluent speaking & writing in English
61Team work, highly self-disciplined and innovative
61Willingness to travel
