Responsibilities
61 Manage existing supplier panel and act as cost project leader under Sourcing Manager Roles.
61 Develop and validate new suppliers according to group and China sourcing strategy.
61 Negotiate, establish and deploy long-term agreement with key suppliers.
61 Participate in the definition and deploy sourcing strategy to achieve better QCD performance.
61 Coordinate other departments to ensure no risks on Quality or Supply chain.
61 Report the updated market price of raw material to group.
61 Support Regional Sourcing Manager to achieve L4L (local for local) China project targets.

Qualifications:
61 Engineering bachelor’s degree.
61 Above 5 years Sourcing experience for Metallurgic components in international companies, forging, casting and machining knowledge are preferred.
61 Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
61 Proficiency in sourcing tools and software (e.g., ERP systems).
61 Analytical, problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
61 Legal and Finance awareness (Local- international law and contract Management)
61 Dynamism, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
61 Mobility for traveling at suppliers on weekly basis and abroad from time to time
61 Able to work within a team of international buyers worldwide. Efficient in working fluently with both local teams of different departments and people from different cultures
