1.贯彻执行公司各项规章、制度、规定和生产部的所有管理规定。

2.根据生产计划，合理安排所需的人员、设备、材料以及物流，按期完成计划。
Arrange the manpower, equipment and materials reasonably to finish the plan in time according to all kinds of production plans,
3.负责生产线人员的调配、培训、考勤、工艺纪律、劳动纪律、绩效考核、奖惩等管理。
Take charge of personnel arrangement, training, attendance, discipline, evaluation and so on.
4.及时处理生产过程中发生的异常状态。
Solve abnormal situation in time.
5.按时完成每月的生产报表。
Finish the monthly report.
6.跟相关部门保持紧密合作确保产品准时交付。
Keep close cooperation with related departments to ensure product delivery on time.
7.负责生产现场的持续改进，包括产能提升，质量改善等。
Responsible for continuous improvement of manufacturing, including production capacity, quality improvement, etc.
8.安排好工程内的质量保证体系、环保体系、5S和安全生产等工作。
Arrange Quality assurance system, environmentalism system, 5S and safety production and so on well.
9.完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职资格Requirements:
1.大专以上学历。
Junior college and above.
2.从事3年以上实践工作经验。
At least 3 years of related production management experience.
3.具有组织生产的能力。熟悉生产线的工艺流程、设备性能。
Have the ability of organizing production. Be familiar with process flow and equipment capacity.
4.具备较强的沟通能力。
Great communication ability.
5.具备较强的执行力。
Great power of execution.
6.团队意识强烈，善于与人合作。
