工作职责: 83 Work with Planning Director to set media objective, analyse market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy 83 Usage of all relevant proprietary and syndicated insights and planning tools as part of the overall planning and implementation process 83 Construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy 83 Explore and evaluate new media forms and innovative media ideas 83 Brief buying team to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan 83 Co-ordinate with clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing 83 Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight 任职资格: 83 3-4 years media planning experience, good understanding of the work flow of marketing and advertising 83 Have relevant category experience 83 Fast learner and have a curious mind 83 Experience in handling all media, strong in digital planning skill, major programmatic, search, EC. 83 Good communication and presentation skills. 83 Able to prioritize jobs & communicate these priorities within the team 83 Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing.
