-Pigmentation developing in professional/efficient way to fulfill the needs.
- Team and order management to fulfill agreed target.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
- EHS and 5S responsibility in daily work and special activities.
- Developing pigmentation under strict following toolbox/guideline.
- Professional operation for color developing tools – management & technical database.
- Strictly follow PDMP (Product Development Management Procedure) & SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) in daily work, good awareness of input & output.
-Effective communication with partners (PO - Product Owner, Application team, TPM - Technical Project Management, TS ITechnical Service Inhouse, Account, Customer) during color developing process.
-Agility for roadblock identification with rational analysis and statement, involved in challenge cases and breakthrough activities.
-Lead internal/involved in regional project for improving team knowhow and competence

Job Requirements
-Education: Bachelor or above in chemical field
-Working Experience: preferred to have 3+ year of working experience in basecoat/color recipe development.
-Technical&ProfessionalKnowledge: preferred to have Knowledge for automotive OEM Coatings or related area; Good English skill in Speaking and writing.
