Store Project -To be responsible for managing the projects from initiation to completion, coordinate and communicate with both internal teams and external parties (consultant/vendor/supplier & landlord, etc.), working for management of design, construction, budget, schedule, etc. Ensure projects to be delivered on time and within budget with fine quality. Mainly for China mainland projects. - Lead store projects to ensure design integrity, brand standard and specification are met for each project. -Develop project schedule, update implementation plan in accordance with progress reporting for projects -Manage project budget, proceed payment to both local and overseas contractors/architects -Work closely with stakeholders in the region (mainly for China Mainland) on store (sometimes for office) modification/renovation activities, including document preparation, site coordination, work schedule setting and monitoring, payment process follow up, regular store visit -Preparation of records and database in a timely and accurate manner -Work for external supplier evaluation management & Internal work report follow-up Maintenance 13Responsible to manage the execution of maintenance process including planning, Implementation, monitoring, control regular, annual maintenance works for stores in China Mainland, with maintenance supporting from a maintenance service provider - Manage and monitor the performance of service provider and team to ensure smooth delivery with timely and cost control for the region -Manage maintenance system and daily progress of tickets list, feedback, report - Manage all stores activities and provide technical solutions to ensure smooth execution -Work as store maintenance trainer, prepare maintenance guideline for stores with proper training -Handle inspection and manage quality control of the networks; ensure to maintain in excellent condition and keeping the consistency of store image and concept with the company standard. Requirements:
-Degree holder preferably in Architecture/Design/Project Management with passion for retail business -Project /Maintenance management experience of 7-10 years (can be flexible upon candidate’s individual comprehensive ability) within a high-quality architecture or retail environment or management consultancies, with retail store experience is a plus - Capable for anticipating various situations with respect of planning and quality, with strong risk control sense - Has knowledge of local code and regulations - Excellent organizational and logical planning skills with attention to detail - Capable for multi-task, manage priorities, self-driven, can work under pressure - PC literate with strong skills in CAD, photoshop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and a data base application -Good communication skills with oral and written English
