Key Responsibilities: 1、Provide exceptional customer service to domestic and international clients. 2、Accurately process orders, track shipments, and manage logistics documentation. 3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, logistics) to ensure seamless operations. 4、Gradually take on responsibilities for India, UK, and Germany markets as the global service center develops. 5、Continuously improve processes and adapt to evolving business needs.
Requirements: 1、1–4 years of customer service experience (preferably in manufacturing or B2B environments). 2、CET-6 certification or equivalent English proficiency; excellent spoken/written English. 3、Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. 4、Proactive learner with ambition to grow into a global operations role. 5、Proficiency in MS Office; SAP/Oracle experience is a plus.
