Job Description:
1. Safety policy
a) Support to implement and maintain the Safety Management System (SMS) in compliance with aviation regulatory requirements;
b) Involve in project development and daily operation, to evaluate the design, construction, implementation phases from safety expertise;
c) Ensure all safety policies and procedures are updated, communicated, and adhered to by personnel;
d) Prepare and update the safety procedure at MRO operation level according to relevant regulation requirements.
2. Regulatory compliance
a) Ensure the HX operations comply with all relevant safety standards and regulations;
b) Carry out titration check to maintain bath performance in surface treatment process;
c) Liaise with regulatory authorities and auditors during inspections and reviews.
3. Training and awareness
a) Compile the training material and in charge of operational safety training for new employees and suppliers onboarding, and refresher trainings;
b) Prepare and organize operational emergency response in MRO.
4. Incident investigation
a) Lead investigations into safety incidents, near-misses, and hazards;
b) Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend corrective actions;
c) Organize accident investigation and root cause analysis within operation.
5. Monitoring and reporting
a) Track and analyse safety performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement;
b) Coordinate and liaise with EHS and ISO audits, working closely with engineering, operations, and quality assurance teams to address safety concerns;
c) Evaluate the qualification of supplier and apply for work permit;
d) Perform on-site surveillance for contractor tasks and operation activities to ensure safety, and provide regular safety reports to management.
6. Risk management
a) Identify, assess, and mitigate safety risks related to HX operations;
b) Perform risk analysis for Hazard Chemical Management and Special Equipment Management, and suggest preventive measures to ensure compliance;
c) Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to prevent incidents;
d) Develop and maintain emergency response plans;
e) Conduct drills and exercises to test emergency procedures and readiness;
f) Any other tasks required by superior.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above.
2.Major in Safety, Engineering, Chemical and etc.
3.Familiar with requirements of ISO14001, ISO9001/AS9100 standards and relevant regulations.
4.Certificates for Safety Engineer or Chemical Engineer is preferrable.
5.At least 3 years working experience in a manufacturing, engineering or chemistry company.
6.Familiar with hazard chemical and special equipment requirements including pressure vessel and pressure pipe.
7.Proficient MS office skills.
8.Skilled in written and oral English.
