In short As a Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand's online presence, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. You will oversee all social media platforms, manage content creation and distribution, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.
Your mission Content Management - Creative thinking and ability to come up with engaging content ideas, creation, curation, and editing, including copy, visual & videos. - Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, values, and messaging. - Plan and schedule content publication across multiple platforms to maintain a consistent flow of engaging material. - Strong time management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strategy Development - Passionate about social media and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies. - Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and target audience behavior on social media. - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business goals and brand identity. - Use data insights to optimize content, campaigns, and overall social media strategy. Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for social media campaigns and initiatives.
Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams such as Campaign/PR/RM/SpoMa/Customer service to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts with overall business operations. - Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and freelancers as needed for content creation, campaign execution, etc.
Your story - 7 - 10 years of marketing experience, sports brand background is a must, agency background will be a plus. - Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing social media that drove significant results. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Chinese. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
