Responsibilities工作职责
1. Work closely with R/D team in Prototype and NPI stage to solve internal and external quality issues.
在新产品导入阶段与团队密切合作，解决内外部问题。
2. Create quality check forms, NPI control plan, visual aids and related quality documents. Leading team to prepare documents and submit to system.
创建检查表、新产品导入控制计划、视觉辅助工具和相关质量文件，领导团队准备文件并提交给系统。
3. Monitoring products polit run yield.
监控产品提高良率
4. Conduct supplier of R/D audit and make sure the quality control points/methods are implemented appropriately.
对供应商进行审核，确保质量控制点/方法得到适当实施。
5. Work closely with R/D to resolve customer quality issues, and follow up the CAPA to be closed completely.
与部门密切合作，解决客户质量问题，跟进CAPA。
6. Work closely with R/D Supplier on supplier quality issue identification and CAPA verification.
与供应商密切合作，进行供应商质量问题识别和CAPA验证。
7. Coordinate with suppliers on establishing quality data, failure analysis and reports before mass production.
在批量生产之前，与供应商协调建立质量数据、故障分析和报告。
8. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Knowledge and Skills能力要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
本科及以上学历；
2. 5+ years ’experience in quality management and 3+ years ‘experience in cable quality;
5年以上质量管理经验，3年以上电缆质量经验；
3. Knowledge of quality techniques;
质量技术知识；
4. Team-oriented problem-solving skills using quality tools and structured methodologies;
5. 使用质量工具和结构化方法，以团队为导向解决问题的能力；
6. Effective communication skills, good written and oral English.
良好的沟通能力，良好的英语听说读写能力；
