岗位职责：
1. 根据生产计划，合理安排班组成员的工作任务，确保生产进度按计划进行；
2. 监督生产过程中的质量控制，确保产品质量符合标准；
3. 监控生产过程中的物料使用情况，减少浪费，提高资源利用率，针对现场浪费提出改进建议；
4. 生产异常的及时反馈与处理、上报。
任职资格：
1. 5年以上相关工作经验；
2. 10人以上团队管理经验；
3. 熟悉生产效率提升方法，有实际改善案例优先；
4. 化工行业相关经验者优先。
