工作职责: 1. 协助上级领导完成销售相关工作 Assist superior leaders to complete the sales related works. 2. 协助上级领导收集市场信息,开拓新市场,发展新客户。 Assist superior leaders to collect market information, develop new markets and develop now customers. 3. 负责维护现有客户关系,与客户保持良好的沟通,了解客户需求和反馈。 Responsible for maintaining the existing customer relationship, maintaining good communication with customers, understanding customer needs and feedback. 4. 协助上级领导进行竞标,合同谈判,以及销售订单的跟进和执行。 Assist superior leaders in bidding, contract negotiation, follow-up and execution of sales orders. 5. 负责公司销售合同及其他营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作。 Responsible for the management ,classification ,sorting, filing and storage of the company’s sale contracts and other marketing documents. 6. 负责整理销售数据,安排会议、接待等工作。 7. Responsible for sorting out sale data, arranging meeting, receptions and other work. 8. 领导安排的其他工作事项. Other works arranged by the leader.
任职资格: 1. 本科学历及以上,英语、国际贸易或相关领域的专业,外国语学院英语系毕业生优先。 Bachelor degree of above, 68 fresh graduates are accepted. English, International trade or related field, graduates of foreign language colleges who major in English are preferred. 2. 精通英语听说读写能力,能够与国外客户进行电话及邮件沟通。 Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate with foreign customers by telephone and email. 3. 主动学习能力强,具备较强的沟通与协调能力,有较强的亲和力和执行力,有一定的市场分析及判断能力。 Strong active learning ability, strong communication and coordination ability, strong affinity and execution, and certain market analysis and judgment ability. 4. 有相关工作经验者优先考虑 Relevant working experience is preferred.
