The Role The Role is responsible to provide coordinated service and placement activities that meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs. Responsible for ensuring relevant regulatory and technical standards are met. Leverages advanced skill set with P&C knowledge to design and consult with clients on insurance coverage and services; uses understanding of clients’ needs to expand business opportunities and further solidify client relationships. Ability to focus on delivering exceptional customer service while working in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. Essential duties include but are not limited to: 61Coordinate and assume ultimate responsibility for the comprehensive delivery of Willis Towers Watson’s service to the client and ensuring the integrity of said provision at all times. 61Conceptualize the insurance offers and draft technical studies based on the client’s needs 61Manage and negotiate insurance placements and renewals with carriers 61Develop accounts via saturation and cross selling opportunities within the broking teams 61Develop account strategies, presentations and other forms of communication with client 61Ensuring that client engagement, contract formation and service delivery processes are fully compliant with Group policies across all territorial, legal and regulatory domains 61Assist the team to maintain existing customers and develop new customers in ultimate purpose of profitability of the company. 61Proactively monitor and chase up age of account receivables in a timely and traceable manner to minimize bad debit risks. 61Control expenses and be mindful of budget 61Working with other Sectors to share knowledge, skills, experiences and resources in purpose of constant improvement on overall performance of the company. 61Ensure the accuracy of business forecasts with monthly actual revenue being consistent with data from internal systems 61Follow the end-to-end insurance broker process to adequately meet internal policies and procedures 61Complete other tasks as assigned by line manager
The Requirements: 61College degree or above, preferably majoring in Insurance, Law, Finance, International Trade, Economics or Risk Management 61Proven years of relevant insurance working experience 61Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English 61Detail oriented with experience using data 61Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills 61The ability to work independently and in a team
