This position will provide you a fast track into the Sales at Continental Automotive China. During your 24-months (8+8+8) traineeship, you will work on different project assignments in different Business Ares and Functions or locations, which will enhance your functional knowledge and soft skills. Assignments on business areas will help you to get a broad insight into the Sales organization from different perspectives. You will get to know core elements of work within our different Sales departments and will as well notice the departments’ commitment for the development of young and talented employees. You will experience how our departments cooperate and collaborate together throughout the Continental group and you will have the chance to contribute to current value adding sales tasks and projects – guided by experienced colleagues, experts and mentors.

Practical Experience 实践经验 1. Fresh graduates or max 2 years of working experience in respective functions 2025应届毕业生或社会工作经验最多不超过2年 2. At least 6 months of practical experience / internships / projects in automotive industrial related working field is preferred 若有6个月或以上在汽车行业的实习、项目实践或工作经验者优先考虑

1. New business acquisition (order intake) 新业务、订单的开拓 2. Customer development and new product promotion 客户开发和新产品的推广 3. Business opportunities and customer volume demand / budget planning 业务机会、客户量需求、预算规划等 4. Customer relationship maintenance and management 客户关系维护和管理 5. Customer strategy development & regular update 客户战略制定和定期更新 6. Market / competitor intelligence tracking 市场、竞争对手分析和追踪 7. Annual productivity / engineering change / VAVE, etc. commercial topics negotiation 工程变更等不同场景的商业主题谈判 8. Lead internal quote team to prepare offer and related documents 带领内部报价团队准备报价书和相关文档 9. Account receivable management 应收账款的管理
