Main Purpose of the job 职务目的：
1.Organize, manage, monitor and control (with the help of its team) all physical flows of the site, as well as the external warehouses monitored by the site, from raw materials, finish good and empty boxes to end items, including transport. 组织，管理，监督和控制（在部门团队的帮助下）厂内的现场物流操作，包括外库，从原材料至成品，并负责运输。
2.Manage and control the information flows which are linked to these physical flows. 管理和控制与现场物流操作相关的信息传递。
3.Management material storage purpose in warehouse, adapt and optimize warehouse layout，ensure material quantity same with system. 管理仓库物资，优化和调整仓库布局，保证物料合理存储并账实一致。
Main missions: 主要工作职责：
1.Control whole logictics process operate in shopfloor according with SW and smoothly. 物流现场所有操作流程控制，确保操作与标准化一致并且正常运转。
2.Ensure customer on time delivery 100%. 确保给客户的100%及时交付。
3.Ensure supplies of production lines ,Ensure cycle count accuracy. 确保生产线的供给。确保循环盘点准确率
4.Ensure other function of warehouse, and responsible for warehouse team member’s performance. 确保仓库的其他职能正常有序进行，对仓库团队成员的工作完成情况负责。
5.Organize resources(people, machines) rack maintenance. 组织调配资源（人员、设备）料架的维修
6.Coordinate with other dept. interface for shop floor daily issues. 负责就现场日常事务与其他部门的沟通和协调。
7.Manage, train and coach logistics operators team. 管理培训教导仓库团队。
8.Responsible for log. Process improvement and MSES tools implementation and internal training. 负责物流过程改进，MSES工具的实施和培训。
9.Design &optimize shopfloor's layout. 物流现场的Layout制定及优化。
10.Raise log. Hardware improvement idea and support to implement action plan. 提出物流硬件改进建议，协助实施改进计划。
11.Monitor visual management system: deploy visual FIFO and install physical alert systems. 监督仓库目视化，先进先出及物料预警系统。
12.Ensure the deployment of the Employee empowerment tools(Monthly meeting, improvement ideas, autonomous groups). 确保EE工具的展开执行（月度会议、合理化建议、自主团队）
13.Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations. 遵守健康安全环境规定
Qualifications 任职资格：
1.College degree or above, over 5 years logistic working experience in manufacturing environment. 大专以上学历, 5年制造业物流工作经验
2.Good English skills, both written and oral. 良好的英语口语及书面英语
3.Strong office soft ware, especially in excel. 熟练应用常见办公软件,尤其是EXCEL
4.Practical ERP system operation experience and good planning concept, SAP is prefer. ERP应用经验,逻辑思维,SAP使用经验优先
5.Good communication skill and aggressive working attitude. 良好的沟通技巧及正面的工作态度。
