Position Summary 83 Responsible for DMS fluids product prototype execution, including but not limited to advanced product prototypes, customer order prototypes, internal validation prototypes, etc. 83 负责液压产品样件组装工作，包括但不限于先期产品开发样件，客户订单样件，内部验证样件等。 Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities 83 Responsible for prototype BOM material management, such as incoming parts record, parts usage logs maintain, material storage management etc. 83 负责样件物料管理，如来料记录，物料使用记录， 物料库存管理。 83 Responsible for prototype assemble process. Follow up prototype work instruction, build book and other prototype activities. 83 负责样件装配过程的执行，并遵守样件装配说明书，填写装配过程数据，以及其他所有样件装配流程。 83 Responsible for prototype off-line testing, such as resistance, inductance, insulation, magnetic force, etc. 83 负责样件的下线检测，包括电阻，电感，绝缘性，电磁力测试等。 83 Responsible for prototypes inventory management. 83 负责样件总成库存管理。 83 Responsible for assembly equipment management, including tools maintenance, annual calibration, daily 5S, etc. 83 负责样件装配工具的管理，包括工具维护，年度标定，5S等。 Safety: 83 This position will adhere to safety rules, practices and training as outlined in the BorgWarner Safety Policy Manual, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires. Requirements / Qualifications 83 College degree or above 83 At least 3 years working experience in R&D testing laboratory 83 Proficiency in Microsoft office skills 83 Experience in hydraulic prototype lab is preferred 83 Be able to read drawings is preferred 83 Fluent in reading and writing English 83 Good cooperation and hard-working mindset
