Responsibilities: - Complete monthly/quarterly/annual tax filing for Shanghai head office and work with tax agents to complete the tax filing for branches outside Shanghai. Deal with daily tax operation work. - Complete report filing of other government function, such as statistics report; - Apply for POS devices for new stores. Apply for bank account opening/updating documents for new stores outside Shanghai. - Keep a close contact with tax agents and follow up new stores’ tax bureau registration, tax classification, VAT invoices purchase, bank account opening, and general VAT payer recognition. - Apply for tax fund transfer to stores’ bank accounts before the tax declaration deadline. Check and apply for service fee payments to tax agents. - Make tax related accounting vouchers. Reconcile accrued input VAT and tax payable accounts. - Keep and manage branches’ chops and certificates. - Prepare for quarterly and yearly group tax footnote. - Assis in various global inter-company charges projects, such as global management fee, IT service fee, royalty fee and etc. - Prepare transfer pricing documentation. - Assist in other ad-hoc tax projects. - Other ad hoc tasks, such as tax refund application and tax audit defense. - Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/auditing. - Minium 3 years of work experience in tax position. - Must have experience in “branch” (外地分公司) tax work (prefer in retail industry). - Familiar with PRC tax regulations. - Knowledge of transfer pricing or HK/TW/SG tax will be a plus. - Good at interpersonal skills and time management. - Hands-on ERP experience.
