Position Summary: * Responsible for managing the material planning and replenishing process, ensuring timely and efficient material supply to meet customer demands and optimal inventory level.
Job Responsibility: * Develop and maintain material plans to support customer demand by policy of stock and replenishment. * Provide proper stock service to customers to support business growth. * Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align material plans with divisions. * Monitor material inventory levels and demand forecast, identifying and resolving any potential supply or stock risks. * Execute and track Purchase Orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and information update. * Coordinate with divisions to ensure on-time delivery. * Take Continuous Improvement(CI) actions in efficiency enhancement, performance improvement and cost saving. * Fulfill other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management or a related field. * Minimum 3 years working experience in materials planning or demand planning with manufacturing multinational companies. Familiar with purchasing and inventory management. * Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations. * Strong communication skill, good team spirit and can work under pressure. * Proficient in using MS Office applications and ERP systems, as well as familiar with Power BI, Python, or other relevant tools will be a plus. * Basic financial knowledge is must. * Fluent in oral and written English.
