Description (The role)
- Responsible for coordination of project proposal-making with the project team.负责和项目团队成员协调制定项目投标方案
- Manage projects from inception to completion and insuring the successful delivery of the project.管理从项目开工到项目竣工所有相关事宜，并确保项目能顺利交付
- Lead in the preparation of construction schedules, setting milestones, schedules and monitoring - progress against established milestones and schedules.牵头编制施工进度表，设定项目里所有重要的里程碑及时间表,并根据制定的里程碑和时间表监督项目进展情况
- Establish project documentation for design, construction and technical aspects.建立设计、施工和技术相关的项目文件
- Responsible for coordination with sourcing team for placing order of the major materials and interacting with and overseeing vendors on customized orders.负责与采购团队协调下达主要材料的订单，与供应商沟通并监督定制订单
- Coordinate project revision, keep track and gain client’s approval for change orders.协调项目整改，对整改部分进行跟踪并取得客户的批准
- Ensure all efforts are aligned and the project is completed on time and within budget.确保所有工作协调一致，并在预算范围内按时完成项目
- Conduct progress meetings and ensure that proper action is taken by all parties whilst keeping projects on track and professional teams motivated.召开项目进度会议并确保各方随时采取适当的行动，以确保项目的正常进行和团队人员的积极性
- Fully participate in the preparation of contracts, negotiating revisions, changes/additions with suppliers and subcontractors.全面参与合同的准备，及就合同需要修订、变更/补充的部分与供应商和分包商进行协商
- Inspect site in time, keep site in good HSE condition. 定期巡视施工现场，保持现场良好的HSE状态
- Make sure the site construction quality is satisfactory and meet the GB standards. 确保现场施工质量令人满意并符合GB标准
- Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.协调和促进团队和相关人员的合作

Qualifications (The candidate)
- Minimum 5 years project management experience in project fitout industry.在装修项目行业有至少5年的项目管理经验
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.良好的英语书写和口语能力
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as project management and client handling skills.优秀的人际关系和沟通技巧，以及项目管理和客户关系处理技巧
- Proficiency in MS Office programs including Microsoft Project and literate in AutoCAD.精通 MS Office 软件，包括 Microsoft Project 和 AutoCAD
- Comprehensive experience of effective supervision of professional and technical staff, contractors, sub-contractors and developers.具备对专业技术人员、承包商、分包商和开发商进行有效监管的经验
