Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct advanced inspections, tests, and evaluations of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
2. Analyze and interpret quality control data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
3. Document and report inspection results, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
4. Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including non-conformities and deviations.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
6. Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to address quality concerns and improve processes.
7. Perform internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment, ensuring proper functionality and accuracy.
9. Train and mentor Junior QC staff on quality control processes and best practices.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and reduce waste.
11. Prepare detailed quality control reports and present findings to management.
12. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and advancements in quality control methodologies.

Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical, electronic, engineering) is a plus.
61 2–5 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
61 Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., statistical process control, root cause analysis).
61 Proficiency in using advanced lab equipment and quality management software.
61 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
61 Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
61 Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., CO2 emissions, LCA, ISO, CPR, CE, ROHS, REACH) is preferred.
