Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing regular updates on project progress and account status.
Organize and participate in client meetings to build rapport and demonstrate value.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on client feedback and market trends.
Client reporting support: Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently and effectively. Ensure all client reports (financial, statistics, annual inspection, etc.) are accurate and delivered on time.
Tax Compliance: Take responsibility for monthly tax declarations and annual income tax settlements. Ensure all tax-related activities are completed accurately and in compliance with local regulations.
External Liaison: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and local authorities to complete client-specific tasks and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Team Management and Review: Supervise and review the work of accountants and senior accountants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality output. Mentor team members to enhance their professional development.
Your Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Finance) or professional certifications (e.g., intermediary Accountant, CPA) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm or corporate finance environment. Experience with foreign trading companies or foreign production enterprises is highly preferred.
Leadership and Supervision: Proven ability to lead and manage a team remotely, providing clear direction and support to team members.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software such as Kingdee or Yongyou. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong oral, reading, and writing abilities. Proficiency in German is a plus.
