岗位职责：
1.Take responsibility of the management of intelligent MFG Assembly or Test, keep production line run smoothly.
负责封装测试相关部门的智能生产管理，保证产线正常运行。
2.Set up and achieve department KPI and KIP goals.
制定并完成本部门关键业绩指标和关键指标项目的目标。
3.Lead production team to complete output target, ensure producing products with company quality, cost, process and safety guidelines.
带领生产团队完成产出目标，并生产出符合公司质量、成本、工艺和安全要求的产品。
4.Initiating and developing a spirit of cooperation/collaboration among and within department.
倡导和发展部门之间和内部的合作精神
5.Drive department continuous improvements.
推动部门持续改善。
6.Resolves problems by analyzing data, investigating issues and identifying solutions.
通过分析数据、调查问题、确定解决方案来解决问题。
7.Fully use big data and analytical tools to enhance manufacturing management.
充分运用大数据和分析工具提升制造管理。
8.Accept, implement, and promote intelligent manufacturing mindset and measures.

岗位要求：
1.Bachelor degree is necessary, master is preferred
本科以上学历，研究生优先
2.Familiar with semiconductor test and assembly process flow
熟悉半导体封装及测试的制造流程
3.Minimum 3 years working experience as supervisor in semiconductor or similar background and position
3年以上半导体行业或类似的主管的经验
4. Project management experience, especial on lean manufacturing, yellow belt/green best preferring
具备项目管理能力，尤其是精益生产项目，具备精益生产黄带/绿带优先
5.English/Mandarin Communications Skill
良好的中英文沟通能力
6.Good teamwork spirit and optimistic character
团队合作精神和乐观向上的性格
