1. Good user of Digital procurement tools- Sievo, P2P, E-sourcing, ERP, and future’s Coupa systems. Maintains data quality of our Procurement Spend, Service Categories, Contracts. Monitors Country KPIs and work closely with the team to ensure we are on track to achieve targets, such as PO coverage ratio, contract coverage ratio, payment term KPI and savings progress, etc. 2. Owns indirect purchasing activities with small spending threshold. Leads cross functional projects, conducts suppliers qualification and comparison for selection, meets internal requester needs in a compliant and timely manner, and reach the most cost-effective solutions. 3. Brainstorms with Excellence team together, owns and creates monthly/quarterly reports including but not limiting to JD audit report, P2P GR report, and other procurement excellence reports from different dimensions. Feedback the reports to Procurement internal category managers and OPS stakeholders for continuous improvements of purchasing process and behaviors. 4. Supports the successful delivery of best practice procurement change initiatives. Be a main lead for P2P systems support desk, maintains POs compliance, follow up with PO GR status, and JD purchase support for some exceptions scenario. 5. Supports procurement related policies, new process and workflow trainings to OPS. 6. Shares the same goal with our team, and assists in team’s other ad-hoc tasks.
任职要求: 1. Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical process background: business administration, chemistry, supply chain, etc. 2. Familiarity with indirect purchasing categories such as HR, IT, marketing, professional service, preferably with around 2 years’ related working experience. 3. Familiarity with vendor management related processes and software (e-Sourcing SAP, Ariba or others). Highly data-driven and fact-based, good at data cleaning and processing of various purchasing systems. Analytical, yet pragmatic – Proficient in Excel and PPT related office tools. Can organize and analyze data to draw good enough conclusions for different types of reports and presentations. 4. Acquainted with applying and implementing digital procurement tools (namely spend analysis, e-sourcing, and P2P, etc) 5. “Can-do attitude” - focuses on “what can be done” rather than on limitations.
