CASHFLOW: achieving annual working capital reduction target (inventory, obsolescence) of the customer team so that Bayer CH meets its annual free cashflow target. RESILIENCE: target percentage of product families with (i) target capacity-to-demand ratio and (ii) target multi-sourcing degree so that we can sustain customer service even in periods of internal/external shocks. BUSINESS BUILDING: Ensuring the demand and supply planning, launch coordination, Inventory health so that we can enable the customer team to win market share / extend the market size. CAPABILITY BUILDING: Ensuring OMP planning adherence of respective customer team in line with best practice provided from regional capability lead and other customer team planners.
WHO YOU ARE
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, etc. Working experience:8 years working experience in supply chain or planning area in multinational companies, preferably within the healthcare industry. Open-minded and analytical thinking with business acumen. Good relationship management skills of partnering and consulting. Fluent in English, written and verbal. Demand Planning: Good understanding of the market and liaise with customer team to obtain enrichments, evaluate, and incorporate changes into demand plans. Supply Planning: Advanced knowledge of supply chain planning processes, with a focus on optimizing the balance between inventory, customer service, and supply chain costs. Risk Management and Contingency Planning: Ability to assess and implement risk management and contingency plans (materials and finished goods) to safeguard against operational vulnerabilities with internal and external sites. Analytics: Strong analytical capability to drive optimization of multiple connected outputs within a set of multiple constraints (optimization, scenario building, etc.). Change Management: Ability to coordinate change requests for New Product Introductions, Text and Layout changes and mitigate supply impact. Order to Cash: Ability to review and manage credit risk assessment, credit limit proposals, customer and/or order related requests related to promotions, deals & pricing, credit & debit memo requests, as well as bad debt as per defined workflows in line with authorization limit.
