职位概述 The position will be responsible for responding to customer’s enquiries effectively by phone or e-mail in professional manner; handling enquiries from both internal clients and external clients independently; communicating effectively across boundaries and solve problems for clients; taking care and building good relationships with clients. 岗位职责 1. Deliver customer services by acting as a coordinator and manage to communicate with internal and external clients 2. Handle projects for retail and domestic clients, enquiries, review and manage the client orders till invoicing 3. Verify and update the record in the database system in timely manner 4. Support project handlers on project documentation and maintenance; collect reports, certificates and further documents from suppliers 5. Ensuring compliance with the requirements defined in Global System Procedures and Local Procedures 6. Handle ad hoc projects, perform other duties assigned by Manager 任职条件 1. College degree or above; 2. Detail oriented, self-motivation, independent, strong team player; 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills; 4. Good computer skill; 5. Good command of English.
