In this role, you will have the opportunity to: In respect to the Beiersdorf marketing strategy and media guideline, this role is fully involved in brand communication and business uplift throughout consumer journey across all channels, both traditional and digital media touchpoints.
The purposes of this position are: 1. Develop and implement integrated media communication strategy that align with marketing objectives and brand positioning; 2. Responsible for annual, quarterly and all brands integrated campaign media with IMC campaign (integrated marketing communication campaign) from planning to buying with the well understanding of the whole media eco-system; 3. Digital data driven campaign communication design; develop powerful integrated approaches for earning attention, advising on the right angles for strong cut-through and coverage, while managing cross-channel media campaigns through digital platforms such as opening ads, search, social, programmatic advertising, and media partnerships. Oversee media budget allocation and media mix modeling to optimize spend and maximize ROI. 4. Own the digital campaign further amplification via hard ads/IP packaging etc. upon social marketing social seeding, keeping the in-time optimization and create systematic test&learn vibe. 5. Closely track on media & social performance, to ensure KPI delivery and efficiency improvement. 6. Build solid relationship with media ecosystem such as Tencent etc. 7. Innovative technology to drive precision media and build media efficiency. 8. Motivated to explore new market trend and keep inspiring Beiersdorf the competitor integrated showcases.
Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising. 2. Minimum 4 years media&digital experience and have experience on the big campaign media planning in multinational company or media agency side. 3. Proven experience and knowledge of media platforms with deep knowledge in digital/media integrated media journey planning & buying. 4. Open and growth mindset with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies 5. Have experience on marketing mixing modeling or commercial mix modelling for media efficiency will be a plus; 6. Proficiency in written and spoken English, good MS Office and PowerPoint skills is required.
