Key Responsibilities: Support Supply Chain Strategy Implementation - Ensure adherence to Supply Chain guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements. Vendor Management - Maintain and update the Vendor List with detailed supplier information. Performance Management - Develop and maintain detailed performance scorecards and risk passports for suppliers. Risk Monitoring - Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor the risk passport process. Supplier Performance Evaluation - Evaluate supplier performance across multiple dimensions and ensure compliance. Bid Management - Manage the issuance, receipt, and detailed evaluation of RFQs and bids. Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze Supply Chain data and generate reports to support decision-making. Supplier Relationship Management - Conduct thorough assessments of supplier capabilities and maintain strategic relationships. Technical and Tender Support - Collaborate with technical teams and participate in Tender Clarification Meetings. Target Setting - Define target prices and commercial conditions and communicate these to vendors.
Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree above - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Chain management, or a related field. - Strong understanding of supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Supply Chain software. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in Supply Chain activities is a plus.
