In this role, you will: Management and processing of servicing requests for HSBC Customers Provide guidance on transactions and ensure that all work is processed in accordance with the established and documented procedures. Management of operational Management Information Manage unit administration activities Responsible for developmental activity for team members Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Management of premises and security Incumbent may be required to acquire knowledge of a product area and in some geographies may need to hold specific certificates.
Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: - Excellent customer service mindset - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Experienced in identifying and handling counterfeit notes - Sufficient knowledge in counter service areas with supervisory skills
