Key Responsibilities: - Provide daily secretarial support to the Senior Vice President and senior management members, including schedule planning, calendar management, travel accommodation and logistics arrangement, expense reimbursement, etc. - Organize business meetings and take meeting minutes, responsible for the preparation of meeting materials, agenda planning, on-site coordination, and so on. - Serve as the local contact point within the company, globally, regionally, and nationally, to support both internal and external communications. - Assist the Senior Vice President in following up on company business, including proposals, contracts, customer satisfaction, market competition, industry meetings, and so on. - Prepare statistical reports on the usage and efficiency of projects. - Handle some sensitive, complex, and confidential matters independently. - Organize events and provide project management support for key initiatives and special projects. - Organize the development and analysis of monthly business reports. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-suite or senior leadership - Proficient in MS Office Suite and other productivity tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail - Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to understand strategic priorities - Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience working in a multinational, cross-cultural setting is preferred - Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic and organizational skills as well as ability to juggle multiple priorities - Integrity, accountability, self-motivated, service-oriented and detail-attentive; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Mature personality and with strong willingness on detail works
