1.负责新项目所需机器设备、模具、工装夹具、零件等的购买.
Take charge of purchasing new project’s equipment, mould, jig, spare parts, etc.
2.和需求部门确认规格、要求、图纸并进行采购
Confirm the Specifications , Requirement, drawings with Demand Department, and then Procurement
3.系统中和EXCEL表中物料编号、供应商资料等维护
Maintenance and update part No. and vendor information in system and EXCEL
4.订单发出并跟催供应商确认回传订单并追踪交货进度
Orders issued to push supplier and confirm back the order and tracking the delivery schedule
5.供应商数据库的建立和维护
Establish and maintenance the database of Supplier
6.在供应商及内部相关部门之间沟通协调以使得采购产品符合公司在质量、价格、交货期等方面要求
Communicate and coordinate between suppliers and internal departments to make purchasing products in line with the company in quality, price, delivery time, etc
7.定期整理订单、请购单、验收单、供应商资料等相关单据，管理这些单据和供应商。
Regularly arrange orders, requisitions, receiving report, supplier data and other related documents, and suppliers to manage these documents.
8.异常问题如紧急采购情况处理、退换货处理、问题发票处理、供应商问题等处理
Deal with abnormity problem such as urgent purchase 、cancel and exchange goods、problem invoice and suppliers’ problem.
9.发票和入库单匹配，跟催所缺的入库单和验收单，找发票所对应的请购单和订单，复印请购单、订单、验收单，写对应的请款单，登记发票.。供应商和财务对帐处理及查询付款情况.
Match invoice and material received sheet, hasten or look for no in time received sheet and approved sheet, match PR and PO to invoice, copy these sheet, write request to finance sheet, book in invoice. Supplier and finance dept.’s check account, check payment state。
10.经理安排的其它工作。
